Fitness blogger suffers severe allergic reaction to hair dye

health and fitness blogger Chemere Armstrong shared photos of how she had her eyes swollen shut after using a Henna hair dye. Her story below: ' "If you been following me for a while you know that I tried to be as transparent as possible. You will also know that my 100 days of just juice and smoothies has been very important to me. Today is day 100!!! The past couple of days has been extremely rough. I mention before that I die my hair with Henna because of my research and what I was told that it was supposed to be completely natural and chemical free but it wasn't and I had a severe allergic reaction as you can see from the pictures. I'm not posting this for any advice or any negative comments. I'm fully aware of what these pictures look like. I had to endure this nightmare. If you do not have anything nice to say please keep strolling. I want to let everyone that pray for me or send me well-wishes know what was going on. I was in severe pain from my scalp burning and itching with my face completely's swollen to the point I was unrecognisable. The most scary part about this whole thing is that my eyes was completely swollen shut where I couldn't see for 2 days. My doctor was afraid that it was going to start affecting my breathing which that didn't happen and as of today my eyes are open and I can see again but my face is still very swollen (I don't look like myself). I'm not in any more pain and I feel things are heading in the right direction. I hate that this had to happen but now I'm even more focus on making sure that my health is number one priority. Once I get back to looking like myself again I will make a more detailed video on my YouTube channel. Thanks again for all the love, support, and well wishes."

P-square split: Paul Okoye gets emotional in instagram post

See also: Psquare finally splits? SeeJude Okoye's reaction as Peter Okoye rebrands: Paul Okoye the other half of music duo P-square is not a happy man right now. The singer posted a very sentimental piece on instagram asking his brothers to swallow their pride. Read below: ''All you all want is psquare,...all I want is family, love and care! Social media is the new root of all evil! There's family before Psquare and there will always be family after PSquare ....Jude was only a scape goat and a victim. The person who has been keeping us together for all these years,..the truth is peter and Paul have issues!.For the first time I decided to do something outside Psquare ,and that is the case study here. I have always supported my brother 100% from His personal endorsements to dance with Peter which some re still on my I.g... Now I have just 3 questions....Why is it that these things are happening immediately I released muno's singles under rudeboy Recordz. no.2 .. How come after jude stopped managing psquare for over a month now, the problem still exist. No.3 why is he in a hurry to go solo and doing solo?it's very sad, and very heart broken I wish these things never came out to the public at first... Now our fans are divided pls nobody shld support any teamPaul sh*t, I don't need that.. Pls resist from it cos thats evil...and for those of you promoters ,supporting him to be performing psquare's songs alone on stage, you are only killing us and destroying us the more .Dear brother am begging you ,even if you don't want Jude anymore and you don't want psquare, u re forever going to be my brother ... But I wish the 3 of us could still do these together, bcos its a thing of joy....people love us so much not only because of our good music but seeing brothers doing it together and keeping it together, setting a good example to other families and to our kids.Pls swallow ur pride, forgive and forget, we can still turn these things around.... If I have said anything or done anything that hurts you. Am very sorry.... And to all our true fans pls pray for us. God bless you all.''

Photo of the day: Shocking! Princess Shyngle then and now

so i'm sure everybody's heard of Princess Shyngle and her unbelievably small waist which she insists is real. It seems it's not quite as real as she wants us to think it is. The photo above shows clearly that there's been an alteration somewhere.

Psquare finally splits? SeeJude Okoye's reaction as Peter Okoye rebrands

For sometime now, world renowned african music duo Psquare's fate has been unbalanced even though they keep churning out hit songs. The duo which includes twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye had a misunderstanding with their brother and manager Jude Okoye which brought a bit of tension between them. The tension escalated even more when Peter Okoye launched his personal project 'Dance with Peter' which people suspected was the begining of the end of the duo. Thanks for all the love, support and concern pls continue to remain blessed as always. For bookings and enquiries, please contact my new management on bookmrp2@ gmail.com ||oyesng@ yahoo.com. #MrP' he posted. Jude Okoye who was their former manager reacted to Peter's post.
